Ms. Zeina Habr is a Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of corporate HR experience, holding a comprehensive knowledge of HR functions. She worked for 14 years at Bank Audi, one of the largest banks in Lebanon and the region.

She assumed a wide range of HR responsibilities under the HR Transformation and Talent Acquisition function at the Bank. Her role was at par with Technology and the New Workplace circumstances – all under the umbrella of the individual and life experience.

Zeina’s pivotal experience revolves around HR Transformation projects, HR Management systems and methodologies, Organization Design solutions aligned with the imperative for change and the environment, Development of HR documentation ranging from HR contractual agreements, HR policies & procedures to HR reporting, implementation of Grading Scheme requirements including Job Analyses, Job Descriptions, and Job Evaluations.

She is certified by the Hay Group and has led several assignments across the Group to align Job Descriptions, Job Evaluations, and Grading Schemes.

Zeina has also obtained the Hogan Assessment Certification which qualifies her to interpret and share feedback on results from the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, both from the Saint Joseph University (Lebanon).
